Our Policy on Selling and Sharing
Avermont Group does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA or other applicable state privacy laws. The information we collect is used to deliver, operate, and improve our services, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. Your Right to Opt Out
California residents, and residents of other states with similar opt-out rights, have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Because Avermont Group does not sell or share personal data, there is nothing for you to opt out of. You do not need to take any action to protect your information from being sold or shared.
