Executive leadershipChief Executive Officer
Lahcen leads Avermont Group’s overall direction, sets strategic priorities and is accountable for aligning the company’s decisions with the needs of the people and organizations it serves. His role centers on building a focused cybersecurity business with clear standards for service quality, responsible growth and client trust.
Operations and deliveryChief of Operations & Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and Chief of Operations, Rayan focuses on the processes that turn a security engagement into coordinated work. He oversees operational planning, cross-functional execution and the clarity of responsibilities that clients should expect throughout their relationship with Avermont.
Client experienceChief Experience Officer
Sophia leads the client-experience vision, with a focus on clear communication, thoughtful onboarding and making complex cybersecurity services easier to understand. Her role is to help ensure that client questions, expectations and feedback inform how Avermont designs its service experience.
Security engineeringVice President of Engineering
Youssef is responsible for technical direction across security engineering. His focus includes sound architecture, implementation standards, technical evaluation and the disciplined approach required to connect security controls to the systems they are intended to protect.
Strategy and developmentVice President of Strategy
Yuan focuses on long-range direction, market needs and the decisions that shape Avermont’s services and priorities. His role brings together commercial context, client requirements and strategic planning so the company can remain deliberate about where and how it grows.
Client relationshipsSales Manager
Ron manages the sales conversation from initial interest to a better understanding of each prospective client’s security needs. His role focuses on discovery, explaining service options clearly and helping clients identify the appropriate next step without unnecessary complexity.
