Submit the report
Use the incident reporting form to describe what occurred, when it started, what might be affected, and how we can reach you.
Anyone can report suspicious activity, a potential compromise, or a security concern through Avermont Group’s incident reporting form; an existing service agreement is not required.
This form is not a live emergency hotline. Our 24-hour commitment concerns an initial response to submitted reports, not immediate containment, guaranteed resolution, or 24/7 staffed live assistance. Existing clients should also use their designated urgent incident-response channel. Call emergency services if anyone's physical safety is at risk.
Use the incident reporting form to describe what occurred, when it started, what might be affected, and how we can reach you.
An Avermont cybersecurity specialist will make initial contact within 24 hours after successful submission. The specialist reviews the reported concern and clarifies the situation before discussing potential next steps.
Where appropriate, our specialists discuss the intended scope, approach and any proposed pricing, then coordinate authorized work with cybersecurity engineers and leadership. Reporting an incident does not by itself start a paid engagement.
Our security team will respond within 24 hours of a successful submission.
